They are amazing!! Not only do they know my name they know my dogs names too. They carry hard to get foods which is great. Huge variety of treats and chews. They are very knowledgeable about foods and supplements which is helpful when I have questions. They also do grooming and have a self wash station.
A wonderful pet store! I buy the Primal Pet Foods brand from them and they always have a great selection of it in stock. If you are looking to feed your dog or cat premium quality food, raw food or special food for allergies, etc, then this is your perfect store. They have the very best of food selections. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the foods they carry and other products in the store. They are always very friendly and happy to help. Surprisingly the prices are very reasonable!
My 3 rescue dogs are easily traumatized due to the abuse they went through before we got them. Getting groomed is usually an ordeal for them, but at Earthwise they were perfectly ok and happy! The grooming is gentle and soothing.
Very disappointed!! Almost in tears when I picked my dog up because they cut so much hair off after discussing that I wanted to keep his hair. I requested to have his feet, ears, and butt trimmed, nails cut and they could touch up his underbelly, but wanted to keep his hair. He didn't even look like the same doggy. All I received was a we are sorry. I requested to speak to the groomer to find out the disconnect and basically was told I should have been more specific, but we're sorry for the miscommunication. I got charged full price for the wrong services. Highly upset! The groomer seem to do her job well, but first priority is listening to your customers! Lastly, I told them he hates the dryer and they said okay so extra towel drying, but then when I picked him up they told me that he did well with the dryer. Well if I asked you not to use it then why was it used at all to find out how he would do today!!!!! Hate to be negative about a locally owned business because I usually try to support small businesses, but customer service is key.
