GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought a safe from Piner's (big mistake), and somehow misplaced the combo. Piner's told me they couldn't get the combo, and it would cost $450 to get in to my locked safe. I called A1A Lock & Key for a second opinion, and they were able to get the combo by calling the manufacturer. It's nice to know that there are still honest companies like A1A Lock & Key who won't try to take advantage of you to make a quick buck.
