We were also told AFTER her surgery that the hospital had a serious setback on IV medications due to the hurricane. Understandable, but maybe inform your patients BEFORE they need such medications.

They have an exceptional medical team! All of them were fast, efficient and very professional. I was in and out in about 2 hours. They took great care of me. Thank you all so very much!

My daughter is in U.S. Navy, This isn't the hospital that she was suppose to deliver, I thank God that the EMS took her here. From the moment she arrived all the way to delivery, they took such wonderful care of her. They were professional, knowledgeable and so caring..this means alot being I couldn't be there for the delivery. They treated her so well and her Nurse Megan was so loving and caring. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and I truly want to thank her for treating my family like her very own !!

I went for a test. They told me my insurance covered it. It did but only as out-of-network. I received a huge bill. I wish they would have been honest with me. I would have gone elsewhere as I am on a fixed income.

My mom is here for an overnight stay, she is in constant agony with pain rating between 8/10-50/10 over the top pain. Most nurses, though nice, do not really care/have no sense of urgency to take care of their patients. You could get lucky with a good nurse, but you'll only see him/her once or twice before you get a new nurse. My mom called the nurses when she was already past due for pain medication, crying, and they still took another 30 minutes to bring her the single pill she needed. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Mayo is a couple miles away, worth the $.

I was VERY pleased, the ER was a bit slow to get me in. However, it was a very busy late afternoon on a weekend and no openings. Once I got in, everyone was polite and professional. I was admitted, room was very nice and all caretakers were exceptional. I had emergency surgery the next day and once again, nothing but great service and care. I was there for 5 days and was very pleased... Even the food was good, that was a pleasant surprise.
