Well... lets see; the jeep isn't even clean. The windows are still dirty and you didn't even wipe the outside down. So no; I'm not tipping you. So unprofessional! I will never be back and I will be sure to tell EVERYONE about my experience here.
Just left here 30 minutes ago. We usually go to the other car wash on beach blvd but they are closed on sunday so we decided to give this one a try. DO NOT GO HERE!! DO NOT GO HERE! We paid for the second to the last expensive package. I sat in the rocking chair and watched as the guy "cleaned" my jeep. He didn't do the inside windows or the side mirrors. He didn't even open up the back. He finally yelled 'Silver jeep' and I made my way over to get my vehicle and leave. I go to get my keys from him and he pulls his hand back refusing to give them to me and says 'You pay inside?? Did you leave something for me on the piece of paper??' He didn't speak very good English so I wasn't sure what he was saying. I said 'No, I didn't leave anything for you' about 3 times. He then threw the keys at me and yelled across the parking lot 'I GOT STIFFED GUYS!!'
Not worth your money. Well at least this trip and the last.... they used to be okay. I did the best car wash package one of the higher priced ones but after maybe 5 minutes of waiting they where done? As I asked was that for me when you called BMW the older man was shanking his head and said you got a BMW? I said yes this one.... "then I guess it's yours." And he walked away..... water was not wiped away from the driver and passenger windshield, water dripping on the inside and dust all over the center console.... not worth my time and money. Said and rude.
Purchased a groupon and used a groupon voucher that tmobile tuesday sent me. I got 2 deluxe exterior washes for $4(each car wash retails for $13). Even if I paid $13 per wash it was totally worth it. They did a thorough job also cleaned the interior side of my windows.
What a waste of money. Paid for "the best" wash and they didn't even clean the bugs off the front. I was told that I should've told them I wanted the bugs off?? After standing around watching them attempt to get "most" of the bugs off I get in to a car that doesn't even look like it's been wiped down inside. Terrible service!
I bought a Groupon for 4 exterior car washes but wanted to pay a little extra to get the inside done too. Well, that wasn't possible apparently because their interior comes with exterior. So we didn't use the Groupon. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes and over $50 later, this is what we got. Spots and wax build up on the outside, grime and other lint still on the inside. Do yourself a favor and don't go here!
