I really like the location, the coffee, and the owner. The Peanut Butter Latte is delicious. It sometimes feels a little hectic and chaotic, though, making it a tough place to relax compared to a Southern Grounds. I would advise that the little shop consider better remote working opportunities for people who like to work in coffee shops. With such an awesome location, it's a no-brainer.

They also have coffee. So many delicious choices. Ask the staff for advice, they have tried it all and know the menu well. The won't lead you astray.

Called ahead for table for 9. They said they weren't busy, no problem. Said they would need a credit card charging $15 per person to reserve a table but that we could come without a reservation. Showed up in the pouring rain with 9 plus a toddler and were turned away at the door. They said they had no room to seat that many together at all and no room for us even if we split up. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. They were not apologetic at all.

Wish I had discovered this place a year ago when they opened! Such a charming and adorable house. We were greeted with a friendly face today who explained their menu to us in the front foyer. I chose the avocado toast combo and it exceeded my expectations. The muffin it was served on was pure perfection. There were so many delicious and unique things on the menu I'm sworn to go back and try them all. Our drinks were fabulous as well. All five of us loved our meals and could have sat back and relaxed inside for the better part of the day. Five stars!

The restaurant is located downstairs in a concerted house and has beautiful wood floors and simple decor. They also offer indoor, outdoor, and patio seating so you can get just the right spot.

Food was good but the biscuit somewhat overwhelmed the sandwich. Place is cute and you can eat outside on a nice day. 1 minute walk to the beach. Don't use the restroom unless you have to. Hopefully they will renovate it soon.

The Ugly Cupcake Muffinry is the perfect morning spot. Located across 1st St from the beach and next to a park filled with statues made by UNF students, it has great views.

Now the food...Ivy makes the best muffins. Not too sweet but full of flavor and a little smaller than your head, which is definitely the right size. Her daily specials are worth a look, we went with the shrimp and grits and pulled pork breakfast sandwich. I have also had the chance to try her grilled cheese, the cheese oozed out and covered the entire plate! Most of the options comes on a version of an unsweetened muffin, kind of like an English muffin but better.
