This was such a great place! We drove from North Carolina to Orlando and wanted to find a spot to just chill and smoke a little bit of hookah before going home. We were a little iffy about going after reading some the negative reviews about the service but decided to take a chance. And I'm so glad that we did! Lana (with the blue hair:D) was such an amazing server and person. She spent time just talking to us about so many things and made us feel welcomed! If we ever make our way back to Jacksonville, we will definitely be stopping by. Lana made sure that we were well taken care of and made us feel relaxed after such a long car ride home.

The food was pretty good but the waitress was nasty. There is no complementary water. You have to pay 3 bucks for a bottle of acquafina. After complaining (respectfully) about the poor business decision of not providing water, she comes back with a bottle of water that she gulps down in front of us. This was done so intentionally to avenge for our complaint. She also took my ID and forgot to give it back to me. After walking out the door,She says very passive aggressively, ''I think you forgot something !'' Actually it was you that forgot to give me back my ID when running my credit card.You are responsible for taking it from me after i told her that I may start a tab and for returning it to me when I settle my bill. Inside, There were not a lot of people and I can understand why. A paying customer should never have to endure b!tchy passive aggressive conduct when making legitimate and completely justifiable complaints . If I am a paying to eat spicy food then I should at very least expect complimentary water. The owner needs to get out of the hospitality business if he can rationalize not providing water. The waitress needs an attitude adjustment or she can exit the hospitality business too. Unacceptable !
Great hookah food is good prices are great they always have a Dj at night it's my chill spot. My server Tessa is the best! Ask for her she is super nice and always has the best service
The place looks like a dump. The chairs are covered in burn holes, and tables are junk, the floors and walls look disgusting. Bathrooms could possibly be covered in diseases. Hookahs are nothing special, food is better at any McDonald's.
